Week summary 3 | The secret to be happy, joyous & free | Happy belly | Being in a Starwars episode

This week was my last in Bali and I enjoyed it a lot! I had some beautiful conversations and took the time to work on my administration. And: I modeled for a jewelry line. The Of course I will share the result with you. On Wednesday it was time to leave Bali and go to Sydney to proceed my adventure there.

Friday – What’s cooking?

Today I started with my daily yogalesson and after enjoyed a delicious foodparty again with ‘Ubud girl’ from Germany. If you are interested in an amazing foodparty (in the Netherlands) sign yourself up for our foodparty and book release party of our Happy & Healthy cookbook. On the 7th and 8th of April we will be working on the cookbook with several amazing professionals. And on the 8th of April we are enjoying the results. A week later my dad leaves the Nethelands for ever and I asked him to not leave us empty handed. If you never tried my dads cooking I can assure you that you will go home with a ‘happy belly’. Are you looking forward to a great night out with inspiring people and treat your taste buds to healthy and delicious food? Buy your ticket for the party and lance of the book.

A while back I was interviewed for the Telegraaf about breaking taboos on relationships, sex en long distance relationships. In response another journalist (from a different nationwide magazine) asked me for a in depth interview. This was AMAZING! I could tell my whole story and look forward to the result. I can recommend EVERYBODY an open relationship. For me the base of an open relationship is open communication. If you only give shape and form to this part of the relationship it will save a lot of mess, drama and divorces, but that’s what I think. I had two open relationships and I never learned more about myself. For me it is an opportunity to enjoy more (with someone else) and a great opportunity to develop myself while doing this. Radical honesty is part of this. This is exactly the reason why I’m organizing a workshop about tantra and radical honesty this summer. In this way even more people can experience the benefits.

Saturday – A minimum amount of structure gives me an optimum amount of freedom

After my morning yoga lesson I enjoyed another foodparty in the afternoon with somebody who I knew from the Netherlands. I spotted him years ago as a ‘LICHTpuntje‘ and discovered that he and I work together with the same film producer. I had no idea that he lived in Bali and was pleasantly surprised that he saw me sitting on the beach after one of his surf sessions. Here we were sitting in Bali enjoying lunch in the sun. With an amazing view we exchanged thought about the meaning and nonsense of life. I secretly hoped I could film him for my second documentary because he is distinct and could shine another light on the subject of love.

‘The plan is no plan’ is taking very literally here in my eyes. Between two and three we would go from Canguu to Ubud on the scooter. During the day this is changed to five and eventually we left at seven in the evening. A big part of the drive is made in the dark which I’m not a big fan of. People can drive here reckless or out of nowhere there is a dog on the road. If you would fall in just slippers and a dress the injuries are not little.

Sunday – Goodorning sunshine

I need a moment to adjust. Where am I and who is next to me (half naked)? Slowly it’s coming back to me: a couple of days ago we met and hit it of straight away. We shared beautiful talks about everything, shared our souls and a new business idea was born. After a couple of days we ended up in bed twice and I have enjoyed the way we inspire each other and go our own way. And did I mention the view already? Because it is amazing!

OMG today felt like I was part of an episode of Star Wars! I was in Ubud, the artist village of Bali, on the spiritual meetingplace ‘The Yoga Barn’. The conversations during the estatic dance partys were beyond this world. The ’tantra king’ of Ubud who helps men connect to their manhood said: “Life is a beautiful adventure. Wake up. I’m enlightened, I am no longer human.
Open your mind to the spirit world.
Look into this woman’s eye and you will see the galaxy.
This is the magic from Ubud“. I see myself as open minded and am a practicioner of down to eart spirituality, but even for me this was sometimes hard to grasp or understand. It was all pretty intens.

Monday – Recharge and reconnect!

Today I really needed to recharge from my adventure in Ubud. I stayed in bed longer, but eventually got out. One of the things I hate about entrepreneurship is doing administration. Still I spend the afternoon working through my administration while I was eating my delicious lunch in my favorite cafe.

In the evening I met up with someone who was one of the first who followed the course to become a manifestation coach at the Lightworks Academy and I also became friends with her. She is now living her dream as relation-coach in Bali!  I look forward to working together with her again and to come back to Bali. I’m thinking about living here part time. The weather is great, de yoga community big and the food delicious.

Tuesday – A late modeling & acting career?

This week I was asked to model for a jewellery line. I didn’t really feel like doing modeling, because it takes a lot of time and doesn’t pay that good. this time I said yes because the question came from a staring entrepreneur and I support this. The shoot turned out to be done by a professional photographer from Paris. I needed to get used to it at first, but it became amazing. I loved moving playful and sensual on the rhythm of the music played in the restaurant (where we did part of the shoot). The great thing is that the photographer invited me to Paris to do another shoot for his and mine collection. This is a chance that I will not let go by of course.

After the shoot I went to a tantra workshop with some people where I was looking forward to for weeks. The workshop really was amazing! I really want to become a tantra queen and provide tantra lessons and exercises as part of LightWorks Happy & Health program. After the workshop I joined a mini goodbye party. I ran into two men of which one I already spoke to before. We had deep conversations all night. The night didn’t end that well, but that doesn’t spoil the fun.

Wednesday – Never trust a gypsies word

In Bali everybody is doing his own thing. The travelers are not really social. Commitments from the people here I would rather call intentions and you would be lucky if anybody kept them. I have the feeling this happens because everybody is focused on their own thing and own journey. I notice that I too got this ‘virus’ and are looser with my appointments. I don’t do expectations management anymore and if I feel that somebody is being difficult about scheduling I hold and tell them my boundaries.

Today I will be travelling. After my last yoga session at ‘The Practice’ I enjoy a last food party while working through my administration. After this I was interviewed for a awesome project ‘Human facese’ of one of the travelers I accidentally met this morning. Than I travel together with my friend (from the Netherlands) to the airport. He is going back to the Netherlands and I’ll travel to Sydney, Australia. I will attend a conference there with the best speakers of the world. On the airport I discover that my suitcase is too full and I had to repack my suitcase.

Before I leave I have a 2 hour long session planned with the illustrator for the book ‘Expedition Self Love’. I am so proud and excited that we finished the final concept drawings on this ‘graphic novel’ and the visual index. Do you want to receive and/or give more (self)love in your life? Or do you want to know more about our love book and movie project follow us on Facebook at True Love Project and/or Self Love Tribe.

Thursday – A warm, warm welcome from my (new) friends

I’m so grateful for all my sweet friends who let me sleep with them for a couple of days. To make it even more better I got the chance to come along on a beautiful boat trip! Even though I spend half the day sleeping it was an amazing first day in Sydney. During the boat trip I even did an interview with the amazing man who was the owner and captain of the boat.

The evening we went to a inspiration session based on the best spiritual program in the world. One person touched me deeply with what they said:  “You will meet the most interesting persons in the world It’s you!”  It touched me this much because I lots myself completly a couple of years ago. Sessions like this are nurturing to my soul. I love them!
