Inspiration can be inspiring

I met Shanti Silos at Meneer Chocola in Des Hague while doing a chocolate tasting there. That was an great moment because I could see the inspiration in her eyes and body language as she heard my story…. my story about moving from New York City to the little Caribbean island of Grenada.

Living in the bush for 10 years in a little bamboo house growing food and cacao and dreaming about building a chocolate factory right in Grenada. Then the hard work of building our chocolate factory and organic cacao farmers’ cooperative. Ten years into the project now with more cooperative member farms, growing much more cacao and making much more chocolate, we have to export some and I have to travel around and introduce our Grenada Chocolate Cooperative bars to the world.

Hence the good fortune of being inThe Netherlands for two weeks and having beautifull moments to bring back to the grind here in Grenada. One of the most inspiring moments for no reason I understand was meeting Shanti because of the unusual and invisible energy that was flowing. I was Inspired by inspiration.
